This survey is an effort to assess the magnitude of the PBFD problem, and to determine how this disease has affected lories and lorikeets in the avicultural community. The important information gathered from these surveys will generate recommendations we hope will benefit all who breed and keep lories.

All information will be kept confidential and handled to preserve strict anonymity. At the time of data compilation, each survey respondent will be assigned a code number so no connection can be made between information gathered and the respondent from where it originated. If you choose to provide your name and contact information, it will be kept confidential, and used only if we need to communicate with you for research purposes. We thank you in advance for your assistance to us as we work to improve the lives of lories and lorikeets affected by PBFD!
